Weight Loss And Management
There are many ways to shed some excess pounds, but usually just a little bit of jogging won’t do the trick. Your customised programme will focus not only on achieving your desired weight loss, but also in maintaining it long-term.
I particularly prefer using free style weight training and bodyweight training, and I pay attention to your posture and technique to make sure you do not get hurt. I am also very focused on finding the right kind of challenge for you.

Pre And Post Natal
I have also recently had my second baby, a beautiful baby girl. Since being pregnant the first time with a beautiful baby boy, this sparked an interest in ante and post natal fitness so I specialised in the area and now have the confidence to know that you are being trained safely and within your limitations whilst pregnant. There are many changes that occur to your body during pregnancy, I will design a safe and appropriate programme for you and your baby.
